On Friday, June 5, King County received approval from the State Department of Health to move into a Phase 2 Restart for ALL private construction activities that are low-risk and adhere to strict COVID 19 Job site Requirements. The City of Seattle has issued requirements for construction projects seeking inspections. SDCI customer service areas remain closed and continues with the service changes.
Land Use application proposing a 4-story mixed use structure containing 51 residential units and 3,000 sq. ft. of commercial space at ground level and surface parking for 4 vehicles off the alley. Existing structures to be demolished.
