Each project listed includes instructions for obtaining the approved bid documents. For construction projects estimated to cost less than $200,000, the City of Seattle may utilize the Small Construction Projects Roster (SCPR).

Every "First Friday" of the month (March 7, April 4, May 2, June 6, Aug 1, Sept 5, Oct 3, Nov 7, Dec 5, 2008) from  9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Purchasing and Contracting Services welcomes vendors, contractors and consultants interested in doing business with the City.  City Buyers for products, equipment, supplies and routine services will be on hand, as will experts in Public Works and Consultant Services.

eBid provides online distribution of construction bidding documents for public works projects. The official plan holders list includes only those bidders who download directly from the Web site. Addenda and other project information will only be sent to official plan holders (including plan centers that obtained documents through the Web site).

Sealed bids will be received up until 2:00 p.m. (or as otherwise noted in the advertisement) on the bid opening date. For information on mailing and delivery address location, click here.

Bids received for the above-listed project(s) after the required bid submittal time will not be accepted. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.

The City encourages women and minority-owned businesses to submit bids, and encourages contractors to make use of women and minority-owned businesses as subcontractors and suppliers.
