Meetings

The School Traffic Safety Committee's regularly scheduled July 19th meeting has been cancelled and recheduled as a special meeting. This meeting will be a committee retreat held in person and is open to the public.

The School Traffic Safety Committee regularly scheduled meetings are on the third Friday of the month, from 8:30–10:30 am. This meeting is open to the public and will be held both virtually and in person.

The City of Seattle School Traffic Safety Committee was created by Ordinance 104344 in 1975 and codified in SMC 3.80 to bring together Seattle Public Schools, the City, and parents to improve safe routes to school.
