Code Corrections
"Clean-up" code amendments to correct errors, incorrect cross-references, and clarify the existing code.
Background
We are responsible for the development and routine maintenance of the Land Use Code and related regulations. Our proposed amendments are called “omnibus” amendments because we package a collection of amendments that are small scale, with a limited scope of impact. Such amendments include correcting typographical errors and incorrect section references, as well as clarifying or correcting existing code language. Please see the Director’s Report for a more detailed description of the proposed amendments.
