Copies of the Seattle Municipal Code (SMC) can be found in the City Clerk's Office, located on the third floor of City Hall, 600 Fourth Ave., downtown Seattle, and the King County Law Library, located on the fourth floor of the King County Courthouse, 516 Third Ave., downtown Seattle.
