Seattle Municipal Tower Elevator Rehab
Project Overview
This project will improve the functionality and reliability of the 32 original elevators to the Seattle Municipal Tower. The modernization project will address moto degradation, upgrade the control system, address code compliance, and update the cab finishes and wayfinding for the vertical transportation system. The elevators service the 63 story high rise tower and transport thousands of staff and visitors daily. The Seattle Municipal Tower houses the majority of the City of Seattle's departments.
