| PROJECT DESCRIPTION |
|
Project involves developing a recently purchased piece of property at
NW corner of 67th & Linden into a park and P-patch. (See information about
the acquisition project.)
The Berger Partnership was selected as designer after a rigorous consultant
selection process. The conceptual plan (see above) has evolved based on
input from three community meetings. The plan includes a large lawn area,
P-patch, new fruit trees, edible landscaping, universal access ramp, neighborhood
gathering area and a children's play that includes a large drystream bed
with rocks and sand.
 |
 |
| The park site is conveniently located at an important
neighborhood intersection. |
The Final, Approved, Conceptual Plan by the Berger Partnership,
Landscape Architects.
|

The
community's onging park development events have fostered strong neighborhood
