A big THANK YOU! to Ted Orr, Parks Welding Shop, and Mark Hubbard Gridline, for their work on the two skate benches! Parks is still looking into options to complete a flat concrete surface on the inside curve of these features.

Parks selected Grindline Skateparks for the designers of the new skatedot at Benefit Park. This project is funded through the design phase only.

The community came out with great support of this project at the two public meetings in 2011. Parks is working with the community to help identify possible funding sources for construction.

LOCATION	9320 38th Ave S, Seattle WA 98118
BUDGET	$28,000 for planning and design of this project. Construction is not currently funded. The project is funded through Skatepark Plan Implementation funds from the Cumulative Reserve Fund.
