Upgrades were made to the historic Queen Anne Boulevard including pedestrian amenities, lighting, and landscaping.

Project Description

This project involves work at three locations on the boulevard, including:

  1. On the north side of W. Fulton St, between 8th Ave W. and 9th Ave W: replace the sidewalk and driveways, improve the lawn planting strip, and prevent parking on the park; in the triangle at W. Fulton St and 8th Ave W: install irrigation.
  2. In the triangle at W. Smith St, 1st Ave W. and W. McGraw Pl: add irrigation and landscaping.
  3. At the triangle at 8th Pl W & 7th Ave W: install irrigation and landscaping.
