Project Status

Thank you Seattle! This project is complete.
Parks opened the skatespot to the public over the President’s Day weekend.

Seattle Parks awarded the construction contract to Grindline Construction. They began construction in September.

BUDGET
The Parks and Green Spaces Levy allocates $600,000 for planning, design and construction of a new skatespot at in Judkins Park
SCHEDULE
Planning: February - March 2011
Design: April 2011 - January 2012
Construction: August - December 2012
Completion: January 2013

Project Description

This project develops a new skatepark in accordance with the Citywide Skatepark Plan.
