Project Description

The Seattle Parks and Recreation Department will renovate the Golf Cart Paths, integrate a new double deck driving range which maximizes the number of stalls and shall be integrated into the site located on the existing 10th hole, and implement a perimeter pedestrian trail into the Jackson Park Golf Course. These projects are consistent with Seattle Parks and Recreation’s Golf Master Plan, dated May 2009.

The Friends of Jackson Park Trail applied for and were awarded a $15,000 Small and Simple matching fund from the Department of Neighborhoods in 2009. The community worked with the Parks Department and Larson Casteel Landscape Architects to develop a more refined design and plan for the implementation of a loop trail at Jackson Park.
