ABOUT THE PARK
E.C. Hughes playground includes ballfields, a children's play area, and a view of Mount Rainier to the south.Acreage: 6.3
E.C. Hughes Playground was purchased in 1945. The park name was taken from the nearby school, which was named for Elwood Clarke Hughes, an esteemed past president of the School Board.
