HistoryPlymouth Pillars is a permanent off-leash area that was created in 2005.
DescriptionPlymouth Pillars off-leash area is located just east of downtown. It is about .2 acres with a long, narrow design, and with a scenic view of downtown. The surface is crushed rock, and it has a unique human/dog drinking fountain inside the dog park.
