Seattle Parks and Recreation is entering the world of challenge courses! We have worked closely with our partner, Washington State University Extension 4H, to get a course built through the WSUE 4-H Adventure Education Programs. A challenge course is a series of activities involving logs, platforms, posts, ropes, and wires attached to trees or other structures used for team building and personal development.

A series of mental and physical activities used for the skill development of individuals and groups. Challenge can happen indoors at the Lodge, at your location, or on our state-of-the-art outdoor course.

We offer a variety of programming options that are adaptable to diverse physical abilities. The foundation of Challenge is a group contract focusing on providing a safe environment and individual choice. Challenge programs are custom designed to meet your specific needs and goals.
