We have a variety of adult sports programming. To learn more about each. click on the link below. We also have boating centers, the Amy Yee Tennis Center, the Northwest Senior Games, and a variety of community organizations we work with for leagues and games.

Adult Drop in Basketball

Free drop in at International District Community Center from 11:30-1:30 p.m.

Adult Coed Volleyball

Spring Coed 6's volleyball is here! The season starts early April and runs until mid-June. Teams are guaranteed 10 regular season games with the top 4 teams making playoffs. Games will be played Sunday afternoons at Garfield or Rainier Community Center based on the division. (Playoffs will be at Garfield C.C.). Softball Leagues

Adult players and teams can now enjoy a Summer/Fall Co-ed Softball League on either Tuesday or Thursday nights at Lower Woodland Playfield #3 and #6. There are 8 games total. The top two teams with the best record will receive trophies and the 1st place team will receive t-shirts and bragging rights.

Seattle Parks and Recreation is hosting a 2-day flag football tournament!  The Seattle Showdown is set for July 21 and 22 at Mickey Merriam Athletic Field Complex in Magnuson Park. 

There will be divisions for: 8v8 Contact Women's, 8v8 Contact Men's Recreational, 8v8 Contact Men's Competitive, 5v5 Screen Men's Recreational, 5v5 Screen Coed and 5v5 Screen Women's.

Seattle Roller Derby is at Rainier Community Center! Classes begin April 17th! Sign up is still open. This training program is for all skill levels and includes roller derby training with the possibility of forming teams. Participants are encouraged provide their own equipment, but we do have a few loaner skates, pads and helmets available. Bowl outdoors for mental and physical well-being. Keep active - walk, bend, stretch, and roll bowls on wonderful, manicured greens. Good fellowship accompanies games.
