We have a variety of adult sports. Please see our current offerings below. We also have boating centers, the Amy Yee Tennis Center, the Northwest Senior Games, and a variety of community organizations we work with for leagues and games.

Softball Leagues

Seattle Parks and Recreation offers the best quality leagues in the city.  Adult players and teams can choose from 25 different leagues, including co-ed, men's and women's leagues. Let's play ball!

To be placed on a league's waiting list, contact Jayson Powell - adult sports program coordinator at 206-684-7092 or email at jayson.powell@seattle.gov.  If an opening becomes available in a league, teams will be placed from this list, in order of when team's captains called or emailed.

Men's Flag Football

Men's Football

Score a touchdown in our non-contact football league, competing against other local teams. Seattle Parks and Recreation with the support from Northwest Flag Football, is offering a fall flag football league. This league is a competitive 8v8 full contact league. The season starts Saturday, October 21 and ends December 16. Teams are guaranteed 6 regular games with the top half of the league making playoffs. Games will be played at South Seattle Playfields locations. The league fee is $800 per team. Pickleball Tournaments

Men’s Doubles and Women’s Doubles Tournament

Grab a partner and your paddle. Adult Sports is hosting a Men’s Doubles and Women’s Doubles Tournament on November 4, 2017. The tournament will be held at Rainier Community Center. Matches are played with the best 2 out of three games to 11 points. Bowl outdoors for mental and physical well-being. Keep active - walk, bend, stretch, and roll bowls on wonderful, manicured greens. Good fellowship accompanies games.
