We have a variety of adult sports. Please see our current offerings below. We also have boating centers, the Amy Yee Tennis Center, the Northwest Senior Games, and a variety of community organizations we work with for leagues and games.

Adult Roller Derby is the fastest growing sport in the world, with over 60 leagues forming weekly, globally. Seattle Roller Derby is athletic, instructional, non-violent, a great workout and has an amazing community. Seattle Parks and Recreation has teamed up with Seattle Roller Derby to provide the first league of its kind.

We are offering a Saturday morning League in Capitol Hill

With support from Northwest Flag Football, we are offering a spring flag football league. The season starts March 6th, 2016. Teams are guaranteed 7 regular games with the top 4 teams making playoffs. Games will be played at Hiawatha and Montlake Playfields. If you are interested in participating as a team or individual, contact Jayson Powel- adult sports program coordinator at 206-684-7092.
Women's Flag Football
With support from Northwest Flag Football, we are offering a women's spring 5v5 flag football league. The season starts March 2016. Teams are guaranteed 5 regular games with the top teams making playoffs. Games will be played at Loyal Heights and Montlake Playfields. Grab a partner and your paddle. Adult Sport's Men and Women’s Doubles Tournament is April 2, 2016. There will be a men’s’ division and a women’s division. Matches will be held at Rainier Community Center and will start at 10:00AM. The best 2 out of three games to 11 points, wins the match. Adult Bowling Tournament
Bowlers, come out with your friends for an exciting day of bowling. Seattle Parks and Recreation is conducting our first Adult Bowling Tournament. Teams of four can be any mix or match on age or gender. Cost is only $60/Team, Individual $15. The tournament champs will receive T-shirts. Shoe rental is included in the cost. Check-in begins at 4:00pm

Registration for returning teams begins Monday, February 8, 2016. Please note, half of your 2015 roster must return to be considered a returning team. Teams have until Friday, March 4 let us know that they are returning.
Track and Field
Seattle Parks Preview Track and Field Masters Meet will be held in June 2016 at West Seattle Stadium. Check back in April for more information.
