Soundview Playfield Athletic Field Renovation

Updated: November 21, 2019

Fall/Winter 2019

All bids for the Soundview Playfield renovation project have been rejected due to insufficient budget coupled with the inopportune bidding climate. PDD revisited the contract documents, scope, budget and scheduling options and determined to rebid the project. We anticipate re-bid by the end of the year, 2019, with notice-to-proceed in spring 2020 and completion fall 2020.

We are working on land use permitting and stormwater design.

Thank you to everyone who participated at the meeting in October 2017 and to everyone who participated in the online survey.
