ABOUT LAKE UNION PARK AND NAVAL RESERVE BUILDING

This unique site located at the south end of Lake Union is the perfect venue for a variety of events. The various rooms within the facility can accommodate everything from small meetings to 1000 person events.

Popular for auctions, concerts, weddings and more the Great Hall is a 13,500 s/f open space that allows for great creativity in setup and decorating. The space has a classic hardwood floor and a wonderful second floor mezzanine that can be utilized for additional seating, silent auction items, or other needs. The large windows located toward the ceiling provide a lot of natural light during the day time and the north doors of the hall open onto the Historic Ships Wharf.

The Officers Club is a 1200 s/f room located on the second floor of the facility. This room has beautiful hardwood floors, a fireplace (non-functioning) and spectacular views of Lake Union and Gasworks Park. It is well suited for small receptions, meetings and events.

Various other small meeting rooms can hold from 10-50 people and are available at extremely reasonable rates. These rooms are perfect for small meetings and trainings; they can be rented individually or added onto larger rentals of the Great Hall or Officers Club.

The Historic Ships Wharf sits directly on Lake Union and offers a lot of Maritime Charm. This space can be reserved separately or along with rental of the Great Hall for parties and events.

Make a Reservation
