COMMUNITY PARTICIPATIONThe Pro Parks Levy states, "Make improvements to park including addressing the concrete wall and other park features." Parks met with the North Neighborhoods Stewardship Group, Kiwanis, Chamber of Commerce and Rotary to solicit ideas about improving the park. Ideas included: reducing or removing the wall along NE 123rd St, replacing the landscaping with plants that allow more visibility into the site; adding ground level landscaping and trees for shade; and retaining the entry arch.(
