Your organization is welcome to hold a meeting or special event in Warren G. Magnuson Park’s Sand Point Historic District.

MEETING ROOMS

Two meeting rooms are available. One (in Building/Hangar 30 – 6310 N.E. 74th Street) is a conference room for up to 50 people. The other (in The Brig at Magnuson Park – 6344 N.E. 74th Street) can accommodate up to 100 people. The Brig is wheelchair accessible. In Building 30, the Southeast Offices conference room is also wheelchair accessible.

SPECIAL EVENTS VENUES

These range from a former aircraft hangar (Building/Hangar 30 – 6310 N.E. 74th Street), that offers approximately 20,000 square feet without pillars, to a former "brig," or military prison (Building 406). Amenities include ample power supply, roll-up doors for drive-in loading, and adjacent parking for 50 to 300 cars. The Brig at Magnuson Park (Building 406), is wheelchair accessible.

Groups have used the park’s facilities for such events as public meetings, book sales, plant sales, customized car shows, art shows, plays, dance parties, catered events, art exhibitions and festivals, youth gatherings, and run/walk fundraisers. In fact more than 30 run/walk fundraisers use Magnuson Park for their event each year.

PARK USE PERMIT

A Park Use Permit may be required to reserve the park space in which you are interested.

There are three large picnic shelters available for reservations.
