The City of Seattle offers a suite of tools to help consultants, contractors and vendors promote their products and services, and search for existing City vendors and contracts. There are four systems to register in – Registration & Rosters, Consultant Roster, Small Construction Projects Roster and eBid.
Interested in Doing Business With the City of Seattle?
Vendor Registration is your first step. Registration provides City departments with basic information about your firm. City departments may use the directory to locate companies for upcoming bid opportunities.
Are you a Consultant?
Apply to the Consultant Roster. Applicants that meet the requirements of a roster category may be approved to the Consultant Roster. City departments may use this roster for contracts that are estimated to cost $260,000 or less.
Are you a Construction Contractor?
As of March 1st, 2012, the City does not have a comprehensive Small Works Roster. Individual custom-work rosters may be developed based on unique City department needs in the future. For questions, please call Jason Edens at (206) 733-9583.
eBID Registration for Consultants and Contractors
Consultant and construction bid solicitations are posted on eBid. eBid allows registered firms to access plan holders lists, download solicitation documents and monitor project status, browse firms by work type, WMBE status and more. A separate registration is required.
