Seattle 2030 District

Comprising a swath of downtown Seattle from Yesler Terrace to the south, South Lake Union to the north, and the waterfront to the west, the Seattle 2030 District aims to comply with the energy reduction goals of the 2030 Challenge (carbon neutral buildings by the year 2030) at a district level. Achieving this will require coordinated action between building owners, tenant firms, and City of Seattle departments.
