Changes to Personnel Rules effective April 15th Personnel Rule Changes (link to pdf)
Service Credit for Layoff Ordinance Ordinance relating to City Employment; amending the SMC Section 4.04.030 to expand the definition of seniority for the purpose of determining layoff order.
