NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE MAKING
The Seattle Civil Service Commission has proposed the following changes to Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments and the amended rules will be discussed and/or voted on at the Commission’s meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2014.
The proposed amendments affect: II. ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATIONS; III. DEFINITIONS; IV. POLITICAL PATRONAGE PROCEEDINGS; V. HEARINGS – APPEALS; VI. COMMISSION REVIEW OF PRESIDING OFFICER’S DECISION; VII. WHEN THE COMMISSION HEARS AN APPEAL.
The Public has until 5:00 PM Friday, May 9, 2014, to file written comments on these proposed rules.

Office Closures & City Holiday's:
The Commission office will be closed on the following days in observance of City holiday's, staff meetings, trainings, or vacations.
