Anti-Racism

The Civil Service Commission embraces the City of Seattle's Race and Social Justice Initiative (RSJI) and equitable treatment of employees. The CSC is actively working to embed racial equity in its processes and to dismantle racist structures and practices over which it has control or influence. 

We recognize that we are on Indigenous land, the traditional territories of the Coast Salish people.
