SPU System Development Charges and Utility Infrastructure Funding Options
Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) engaged with stakeholder groups and hosted virtual meetings to seek input on system development charges (SDCs) and utility infrastructure. The proposal on SDCs and cost sharing for required utility system improvements will improve the equitable allocation of costs between all developers.
