Description:
A fast growing oval-shaped tree with arching upright branches. The doubly compound leaves give the tree a lacey, tropical look in the summer which is in stark contrast to the rugged look this tree presents in the winter. This cultivar is seedless and is very adaptable to urban conditions.

Leaves:
Large doubly compound leaves that are bluish-green and turn vibrant yellow in the fall. 

Flowers:
Male flowers are greenish-white and insignificant.

Fruit:
Seedless cultivar

Preferred Site Conditions:
Full sun. Very adaptable urban tree that is tolerant of heat, drought, and a wide variety of soils once established.

Potential Problems:
No serious insect or disease problems.

  • 3 ½ feet back from the face of the curb
  • 5 feet from underground utility lines
  • 10 feet from power poles
  • 7 ½ feet from driveways (10 feet recommended)
  • 20 feet from street lights and other existing trees
  • 30 feet from street intersections
