On January 7, 2016, we approved the schematic design for Yesler Park. We will review it again at the design development phase.
Project Description
The proposed 1.7-acre Yesler Park is a key part of the Yesler Terrace Master Planned Community. Funded through the 2008 Parks and Green Spaces Levy, the park is being designed to serve both current and future residents, as well as the proposed office and community spaces nearby. The park will likely include walking paths, lawns, space for traditional cultural activities and sports, and a covered area.
