The Seattle Office for Civil Rights (SOCR) provides staff support to the Seattle Disability Commission. SOCR is located in the Central Building at the corner of Third Avenue and Marion Street. The building is wheelchair accessible from the Third Avenue entrance. We are open to the public Monday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
