ABOUT THE SEEC The Seattle Ethics and Elections Commission (SEEC) is an independent committee of seven citizen volunteers that interpret, administer, and enforce the Seattle Ethics, Elections, Election Pamphlet, and Whistleblower Protection Codes. The Commission is supported by six employees who investigate complaints and offer information and guidance to citizens and employees regarding these Codes.
