Cable TV Discount Request


The Cable Discount program was created to help keep basic residential cable television service affordable for all Seattle residents. Eligible customers receive a small monthly discount on their basic cable TV service. 

To be eligible, customers must be a current COMCAST or WAVE cable TV customer and meet criteria based on household income level, age, and disability status. The income criteria for the cable discount is the same as for Seattle's Utility Discount Program.
