Facility Rental Brochure & Application

Please submit applications as early as possible. All applications must be received at least 30 days prior to your event. Note: it can take up to 14 business days to process applications. 

We recommend that you list other dates/and or facilities on your application as alternative choices, in case your first choice is unavailable.

The rental and event scheduling office is not open for walk-ins at this time.


The indoor facility rental brochure below includes information for all our Special Amenity facilities. It includes fees and prices, insurance information, frequently asked questions, fire permits, alcohol permits, and all other required permits that may be applicable to your event.
