Summer Expanded Recreation RFP

Seattle Parks and Recreation is seeking individuals, groups, or organizations that best demonstrate their ability to provide culturally relevant, safe, active and reliable programs to the community through the Summer Expanded Recreation program.

This program is designed to offer elements of critical life skill development to help reduce summer learning loss; build self esteem and self efficacy; promote cross-cultural experiences; build ongoing participation; welcome drop-ins; and support the Mayor's Youth and Families Initiative. The focus of the Summer Expanded Recreation Program is to provide free healthy meals and fun, innovative, active programs that will have a positive impact on the children, families, early childhood education facilities, and communities of Seattle.

The deadline for the RFP is April 26, 2019.
