West Arboretum "Tot Lot" Play Area Renovation

Updated: June 11, 2020

Summer 2020

We need your input!

The current small play structure was installed in 1999 and is due for replacement. The site is often used as small gathering space for local groups, library programming, and as an entrance to the Arboretum and, of course fun play for kids. The site is very small, and we have developed three plans that will fit.    Seattle Parks and Recreation invites the Montlake community to provide input on the Tot lot playground replacement project play area. Please review the options for the play area by taking this short survey https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WArboTotlot. The project design team needs to know what is important to you at the tot lot so please visit the park and share this survey with neighbors.

The survey will close September 4, 2020

The new play equipment will be located within the existing enclosure. The concrete path around the play space will be repaired and existing benches will be kept.
