西雅圖市政府與金縣和華盛頓大學醫學院合作, 在全市各地為所有年齡段的人提供免費的COVID-19檢測。提供"駕車直通"和"步行抵達"的方式進行檢測, 但您必須首先通過線上或電話報名。

2. 前往檢測地點

  • 報名後, 您將可以在預約好的時間駕車或步行到檢測站點。

3. 獲取您的檢測結果

  • 您可以通過掃描二維碼直接獲取檢測結果。
  • 您也可以上華盛頓大學醫學院(UW Medicine)網站( ,用16 位數的檢索代碼和您的出生日期搜索您的檢測結果。   
  • 我們現階段取得檢測結果的時間比往常長,預計 48-72 小時後取得結果。

  • Anyone with these symptoms:
    • Fever or chills
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing
    • Fatigue
    • Muscle or body aches, headache
    • Loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Diarrhea  
  • Anyone who has had close contact for more than 15 minutes with someone who has the virus.  
    • If you think you have COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who does, STAY AWAY FROM OTHERS AND GET TESTED.

  • If you have insurance, Medicare or Medicaid you must provide this information and UW Medicine will bill them. You will not be charged for the test and will not receive a bill. You do not need to have insurance or a doctor's note to schedule a test. 
  • If you are uninsured, UW Medicine will seek reimbursement directly from the federal uninsured COVID testing fund for the cost of your test. At the site you will be asked to provide one piece of identification such as your driver's license, Washington State ID, or social security number to enable UW Medicine to bill the federal uninsured COVID testing fund. Testing is available regardless of your citizenship/immigration status.  
  • Reimbursement from insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and the federal uninsured COVID testing fund is necessary in order to offer testing free of charge to you.

  • You will receive a text message with a link where you can change or cancel your appointment. 
  • The Customer Service Bureau can help troubleshoot issues using Solv but does not have access to additional appointment times.  The Customer Service Bureau can be reached at (206) 684-2489.  
  • You are strongly encouraged to pre-register. We can only accept patients without an appointment if you have: 1) symptoms or 2) exposure to a KNOWN positive. 

  • We are currently experiencing longer turnaround times than usual that will continue through the weekend.  Expect results in 48-72 hours. 
  • This test is a molecular RT-PCR test that detects COVID-19.  It is not an antibody test.  The sample is collected using a nasopharyngeal swab for adults. Different swabs are used for children that swab the front of the nasal cavity.

  • You must stay away from other people until you are better. Use a separate bedroom and bathroom, if possible. If not, stay at least six feet apart from others while sleeping or talking.

  • For support interpreting your results, call your provider or King County's COVID-19 Call Center at 206-477-3977. The line is open from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.  The King County COVID-19 Call Center can also help you if you have no safe place to stay apart from others.
  • If you have a negative result, but have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19, stay away from others for 14 days. It can take up to two weeks for symptoms to appear.

  • You might receive a call from state or county health officials if you test positive. The caller will help figure out if you have exposed family, friends or co-workers to the virus. They will not ask about your immigration status, social security number or finances. Any information they collect will only be shared with public health professionals who are working to contain the virus. The caller can also help connect you to any support you might need.

  • We strongly encourage you to take a photo of your QR code for safe keeping, but if you lose your QR code or have trouble accessing your results, call University of Washington Medicine at 1-833-562-1212 for technical assistance.  

  • The results from all COVID-19 tests flow into the Washington Disease Reporting System (WDRS), an electronic disease surveillance system that allows public health staff in Washington state to receive, enter, manage, process, track and analyze disease-related data.  As part of this flow, results are shared with Public Health Seattle-King County.  Washington State and King County publish aggregated COVID-19 data every day on their websites.  Find aggregated COVID-19 data for Washington state on this website and for King County on this website.
