Business Customer Services

Key Customer Managers in the Business Customer Services group provide customized services to City Light's large commercial, industrial, and governmental customers; and critical care customers including eight adjacent jurisdictions, building management, hospitals, managed care and healthcare organizations, education, technology and business sectors.
Customers in each of these sectors will interact with specially trained staff who provide a portfolio of services:

  • Serve as a dedicated point person for your business dealings with City Light and coordinate service teams to address your electrical issues
  • Represent your business needs and expectations to Utility and City leaders and provide opportunities for comments and feedback on City Light policies, business practices, and strategic planning efforts
  • Connect you to City Light services such as conservation programs, web access to your electricity costs and usage data
  • Work with you to understand your future growth, development, technology applications, and business plans that inform the utility’s planning initiatives to meet your changing power and distribution requirements
  • Research and resolve meter information issues, billing and payment problems, and other service delivery matters
  • Keep you informed on how local, regional, and national trends and changes in the electricity utility industry can affect your business
  • Connect with you when your organization is impacted by an unplanned electrical outage so you know what to expect and how to plan
