Older Adult Health Promotion

The Human Services Department is making approximately $144,375 available in funding. HSD intends to fund between one and three proposal with the expressed purposed of  investing in providers that promote health and well-being of older adults by the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate evidence-based programs in the community.

The Aging and Disability Services (ADS) Division of the City of Seattle Human Services Department (HSD) is seeking applications from eligible and qualifying agencies to provide evidence-based programs that promote health and well-being in older adults, sixty (60) years of age or older in Seattle-King County. Awards will be made for the period of January 1, 2017-December 31, 2017, though renewed agreements may result on an annual basis contingent upon performance and funding availability.
