Housing and Stability Services for Low-Income People with HIV/AIDS

This Request for Applications (RFA) process is released jointly by the Public Health - Seattle & King County (PHSKC) for Ryan White Part A (RWPA) program funds and Seattle Human Services Department (HSD) for Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) funding. The combined funding supports the direct connection between homelessness prevention, housing stability, and access to and retention in medical care and viral suppression.

HSD and PHSKC are seeking applications from agencies interested in providing housing and housing stability services for low-income people living with HIV/AIDS and their families. The provision of these services must be done in a way that addresses racial disparities.
