Mobile Customer Service Center

With the Mobile Customer Service Center, the City of Seattle will engage communities and conduct outreach, as well as provide services, to currently underserved neighborhoods. Beginning in late November 2016, mobile customer service representatives will:

  • Provide information and referrals to City and human services.
  • Enter online service requests.
  • Process payments for Seattle Public Utilities, Seattle City Light and Seattle Municipal Court.
  • Issue pet licenses.

The MCSC was modeled after the city of Boston's "City Hall to Go." The MCSC will visit pre-identified destinations on a regular and rotating basis. Email us to be notified of the initial destination schedule.
