Mobile Customer Service Center

With the Mobile Customer Service Center, the City of Seattle engages communities and conducts outreach, as well as provides services, to currently underserved neighborhoods. Mobile customer service representatives:

  • Provide information and referrals to City and human services.
  • Enter online service requests.
  • Process payments for Seattle Public Utilities, Seattle City Light and Seattle Municipal Court.
  • Issue pet licenses.

We do not accept cash or process passport applications at the Mobile Customer Service Center.

The MCSC was modeled after the city of Boston's "City Hall to Go." The MCSC visits pre-identified destinations on a regular and rotating basis. Our destination schedule is below.
