Thank you for visiting my website. I am quite humbled to be the first Seattle City Councilmember elected to represent Northeast Seattle's District 4, and I couldn't be more excited to begin working with my colleagues at City Hall to inspire and enact positive, effective change.

As a 5th generation Seattleite, a father of three, an urban planner, and a leader in the transit advocacy arena for the last decade, I'm deeply invested in this city and will work tirelessly to ensure that Seattle is a safer and more affordable city with great transportation and education choices.

It is my firm belief that the legislative process works at its best when a broad spectrum of opinions are heard and citizens have a high degree of trust in their elected officials. To that end, my office holds integrity tantamount and our goal is to encourage your civic engagement in a manner we hope you will find efficient and enjoyable.Sincerely,
