One Less Car Challenge Getting to the Good Stuff – Incentives!

Level 1 – Trial Separation From Your Car!

  • Complete your month and get rewarded with a $20 Commuter Voucher. You don’t need to be a commuter to use them. There are two types of vouchers to choose from:

      • The “Commuter Bonus Voucher” can be used toward the purchase of transit passes for Metro, Sound Transit and other regional transit providers, or Metro ticketbooks. The voucher can also be applied to ferry passes and vanpool fares.

      • The “Commuter Bonus Plus Voucher” is redeemable at REI for biking and walking gear and at several local retailers for items and services related to carpooling and vanpooling.

  • You get to join the Cascade Bicycle Club, the largest recreational biking club in the country, for $10 off the $25 membership fee. Cascade members receive 10% discounts at many area bike shops, and discounts on organized rides and classes - on safe riding, bike commuting, bike maintenance and more.

  • Beyond the personal support we provide, our transportation gurus have at their fingertips info, resources, tools, tips, on commuting by bus, bike, walking, ride sharing, Zipcar, taxi, or skateboard.

  • You become part of a community of Seattleites living with one less car, and a member of Seattle’s trailblazing program to reduce traffic and our impact on the environment!
