Water Conservation Rebates and Technical Assistance

The Water Smart Technology Program (WSTP) offers cash incentives to commercial, industrial and institutional customers who replace water-wasting equipment or technologies with efficient ones—from restrooms to commercial laundries to restaurant and hotel kitchens.

Financial assistance reduces the time it takes for water-saving equipment upgrades to pay for themselves.

The program is open to customers of Seattle Public Utilities and other water providers in the Saving Water Partnership. Most projects require pre-approval.

Additional Benefits and Services
In addition to financial incentives, you can also take advantage of the following conservation services:

  • • Technical information on water efficient technologies
  • • Bill analysis
  • • On-site water audits
  • • Life cycle cost analysis
  • • Free brochures and speaking engagements on water conservation
  • • Water efficient irrigation information
  • • End-use metering
