Manage your Recycling Account
Recycling is collected every other week, on the same day as your garbage. There is no collection service on:
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- New Year’s Day
Following each of these holidays, service will be delayed by one day for the rest of the week. All other holidays have normal collection.
Report Missed Collection
You can report a missed garbage, food and yard waste or recycling collection after 6:00 p.m. on the day it was missed. It will be picked up within two working days.

Add or Replace a Recycling Container
To Add or Replace a lost or damaged recycling container you may wish to have your utility bill handy. Use this form if you:
- Live in a single-family residence
- Have a missing or damaged recycling cart, OR
- Have only one recycling cart and consistently have too much recycling to fit in your containers.

Until delivery
- Containers should be delivered within the next 10-15 business days.
- Continue to use your damaged container or place your recycling in a cardboard box or paper bag.
- Please do not put your recycling in plastic bags or in your garbage can.
