Fee for uncovered loads
You will be charged an additional fee for uncovered or unsecured loads at all private and public Recycling and Disposal Stations.
Uncovered loads cause up to 25% of roadside litter. Driving with an uncovered or unsecured load is unsafe and makes you liable for a traffic violation. If anything can fall out of your moving vehicle, it is illegal.
