Rates Information
Seattle Public Utilities is adjusting drinking water rates for each of the next three years (2012-2014) to pay for investments in the water supply system. Seattle water will still cost less than a penny per gallon even with the rate increase.
The City Council has completed its review of the 2012-2014 rates with final approval expected before Thanksgiving. New rates will be effective January 1, 2012.
