Payment Options
Pay Your Bill Online
You can pay your bill online, using a VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card, or from your checking account. You will need your utility bill and the following information to complete the transaction.
- • Account Number
- • Last Name of the Account Holder
- • For commercial customers, the last name is usually the entire company name.
This is a secure transaction conducted through the City of Seattle’s partner, Link2Gov, Corporation.
For Your Protection
Credit Card Identification Codes are required. This is the 3 digit code on the back of the credit card on the signature line.
Payment facts
- • There are no transaction service fees with this application.
- • Payments made after 5:30 p.m. PT on normal business days are generally posted to the utility account after 3 business days.
- • Payments are posted on normal business days. This excludes weekends and City of Seattle holidays.
