Payment Assistance
Assistance for Seniors, Persons with Disabilities and Low-Income Customers
Customers can save up to 50% of their Seattle Public Utilities water, sewer, garbage and drainage bill if their household income is at or below 70% of the state median income.
To learn if you qualify, please call (206) 684-3000. Residents of federal subsidized public housing are not eligible.
Credits for Non-SPU Customers
Qualified customers who do not receive a Seattle Public Utilities bill, but who receive a Seattle City Light bill, can receive the following credits per month for 2009:
