Billing Options

Electronic Billing
Customers can enroll in electronic billing and stop receiving a paper bill in the mail. With electronic billing you can:


  • • Make single or recurring automatic payments with a credit card or bank account

  • • View payment history

  • • Access archived bills.
To get started you need to:

  • • Have your account number and mailing zip code handy

  • • Provide your email address

  • • Select your own User ID and password for secure access.

Paper Bills
Most residential customers are billed every other month (bi-monthly). Paper bills can be mailed to the service address or an alternate mailing address.
