Who Can Use the Online Application?
- • Residential customers who live in a single-family residence (detached house) that has only one water meter serving the property. The meter must contain only one register (set of numbers).
- • Commercial (business) customers who have only one meter that contains only one register. Note Commercial customers must obtain garbage/recycling service through a private vendor.
- • Seattle City Light (Electric) Only residential customers.
Property managers, or agents may also close or open accounts with authorization on behalf of the customer.
