Who Cannot Use the Online Application?
- • Seattle Public Utilities (Water/Sewer/Garbage) Residential customers who live in multi-family dwellings (e.g. apartment complexes, duplexes) are not eligible use the application.
- • Commercial customers who have multiple- registers or more than one water meter are not eligible to use this application and should contact us by phone.
- • Seattle City Light (Electric) Commercial customers may not use this application.
If you are not eligible to use this application, please call Customer Serivce at (206) 684-3000 to open or close your account.
Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM – 6 PM. Wait times are typically shortest on Wednesday and Thursday from 8:15 AM -10:30 AM and 2:30 PM – 4 PM.
