If you’ve received a Reminder or Shut Off notice and your service has not been disconnected, you may be eligible for a payment arrangement.
If your service is disconnected for non-payment, you will need to pay 100% of the past due balance and delinquent account fees before your service is restored. No payment arrangements will be made. Please call customer service at 206-684-3000 to make a payment.
